Diago makes things that just work well and are designed beautifully to make your music making life easier. The Patchfactory system kit allows you to design your perfect Pedalboard.
Instead of using standard length cables for your many pedals, this kit allows you to create custom-length patch cables that allow you to lay out your pedalboard exactly how you want. Super short? Sure. Just a tad longer than the standard 6 inches? Sure.
No solder or screws because loose parts are not as reliable - that's something else to go wrong. Instead positive signal/tip connection is made by a sharp pin at the center of the plug, which makes contact with the live connection of the cable. Simple and robust design for a more flawless cable where reliability is a premium.
And as for sound, the Diago Patchfactory system uses their proprietary designed in-house UK cable. It has a super-low capacitance of 30pF/ft (approx. 100pF/m) to prevent the treble roll-off caused by the high capacitance of poorer quality cables.

If you are not satisfied in any way with your pedal you can return it for a full refund minus initial shipping costs. If you decide to return the item, please first contact us via email first and we will send you instructions on how to return the item. After item is received and inspected, we will reimburse your source of payment. Shipping costs to return the item will not be reimbursed.

Please keep in mind returned items must be in new condition with no visible wear or functional damage caused by the customer. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with manuals, and accessories. If item is judged to be in a non-optimal condition a 25% restocking fee will be charged or the package will be refused. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to manufactures boxes and use a trackable method of shipping. In all cases any goods returned must be accompanied with original purchase sales invoice.
